Tones cause iPhone 5 to malfunction

Terrific support helped to resolve issue. The tones r great.

With tones installed, my iPhone5 rings once then sends caller an Im not available message.

I just spent over an hour on the phone with AT&T diagnosing the problem.

Tones r difficult to get onto the phone.

Tones r agreeable to my ear.
